This policy covers the Smartiva website, recruitment applications, project enquiries and FieldOps beta-interest registrations. Smartiva Technologies LLP is the organisation responsible for these records. Contact our privacy contact listed below for privacy questions.
Information you provide
Job applications contain your name, mobile number, town, education, experience, optional message and optional resume. Project enquiries contain your name, mobile number, selected service and requirement. Beta registrations contain your name, email, mobile number, optional business name, business role, approximate site count and optional requirements. We record submission dates, consent and reference numbers.
Why we use it
We use application details to assess candidates and contact them about recruitment, enquiry details to discuss requested work, and beta-registration details to evaluate interest and contact registrants about beta access or launch availability. Joining the beta list does not create a monitoring account or upload customer-site data.
Cookies and technical records
The site uses a session cookie for form protection and administrator sign-in, to remember English or Tamil. Abuse prevention stores a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address for up to one day. The hosting server may keep request logs for operation and security. The current website does not embed advertising trackers.
Access and third parties
Authorised Smartiva administrators can access submitted records and resumes. Hosting and operational service providers may process data to run the website. If you choose WhatsApp, your interaction is also governed by that service’s terms and privacy policy. We do not sell submitted personal information. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept while needed to handle the relevant recruitment, enquiry or beta-interest purpose, resolve related issues or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. This website does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You can request deletion or withdraw beta contact consent using the data-request page or our privacy contact listed below. We may ask for limited information to verify the request; records required by law may need to be retained.
Future applications and AI features
The Smartiva FieldOps is in development. This interest-registration website does not currently ingest CCTV footage, device credentials, site memories or AI prompts for that product. Each released application will need its own notice describing actual data, permissions, service providers, AI processing, retention and deletion. The app-policy directory links those notices when they are available; this website policy is not a substitute for an application-specific notice.
Your choices and contacting us
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, ask about its use, or withdraw consent for future beta contact. Use the data-request page or email our privacy contact listed below. Do not send passwords, identity documents or camera access details with a request. Policy changes will be published here with an updated version date.
